While we wait for spring to come to Blue Oven Farm we also look forward to our produce to kick into full gear. In looking forward we began to plan ahead for the exciting new food items, and we're doing so by bringing new Toast Bar items to the menu. We started last week with two new Toast Bar options! We mixed Nutella with caramelized banana and topped it with toasted hazelnuts on one toast and we created a cacio e pepe compound butter and topped it with grated pecorino cheese and lemon zest!
