We're now a couple weeks away from the fire at the bakery, and we're hard at work at our Findlay Market location! We're offering a new menu of Blue Oven Eats featuring never before featured products like donuts, focaccia, scones, savory sliders and new spins on old classics like the soft pretzel and our Cuban. The menu will continue to grow as we bring back more and more Blue Oven favorites as we've already started doing with our Italian Hubcap and our English Muffins!
As we get time under our belts at Findlay Kitchen we're discovering ways to get back to our farmers' markets and our restaurant partners. We strive to get back to our retail partners as well, but those plans are still in progress.
The rebuilding progress will be slow, but we're adding piece by piece every day and hope to be back to full strength very soon. The contributions many of you have made to our rebuilding process have already gone a long way over the past weeks, and there's still lots of work to be done! Thank you to all of you once again for all of your support, and it's a pleasure to be able to continue to be a part of your week!
